LUBRIFICAZIONE CATENA
La catena deve essere controllata, registrata
e lubrifi cata in accordo con la "Tabella di
manutenzione".
AVVERTENZA * : Non usare mai grasso
per lubrifi care la catena. Il grasso causa
l'accumulo di polvere e fango che
agiscono come abrasivi provocando
l'usura rapida della catena, del pignone e
della corona.
Smontaggio e pulizia
Quando la catena diventa particolarmente
sporca, deve essere rimossa e pulita prima
della lubrifi cazione. Procedere nel modo
seguente:
Posizionare un blocco o un cavalletto sotto
il motore in modo che la ruota posteriore sia
sollevata dal terreno.
1- Rimuovere la protezione (3) del pignone, la
molletta (1), il giunto (2) e la catena.
2- Controllare che la catena non sia usurata
o danneggiata. Sostituirla sempre in accordo
con la Tabella di Manutenzione Periodica o
se risultano
danneggiati i rulli o le maglie.
3- Controllare che non siano danneggiati il
pignone o la corona.
4- Lavare e lubrifi care la catena come
sottodescritto.
Lavaggio catena senza anelli OR
Lavare con petrolio o nafta; se si usa benzina
o specialmente trielina, bisogna asciugarla e
lubrifi carla per evitare ossidazioni.
Lavaggio catena con anelli OR
Lavare con petrolio, nafta o olio di paraffi na;
non usare benzina, trielina o solventi per
non danneggiare gli anelli OR. Usare, in
alternativa, spray specifi ci per catene con
anelli OR.
Lubrifi cazione catena senza anelli OR
Dopo l'asciugatura, immergere la catena
se possibile in un lubrifi cante specifi co al
Bisolfuro di Molibdeno oppure in olio motore
ad alta viscosità riscaldato per renderlo fl uido.

LUBRICATING THE CHAIN
The chain should be checked, adjusted and
lubricated as shown on the "Maintenance
Chart".
WARNING * : Never use grease to lubricate
the chain. Grease helps to accumulate dust
and mud, which act as abrasive and hepl
to rapidly wear out the chain, the sprocket,
and the crown.
Disassembling and cleaning
When particularly dirty, remove and clean the
chain before lubrication. Work as follows:
Set a stand or a block under the engine and
see that the rear wheel is lifted from the
ground.
1 -Remove the sprocket guard (3), the spring
(1), the joint (2) and the chain.
2 - Check that the chain is neither worn out
nor damaged. If the rollers or the links are
damaged, replace the chain by following
the instructions given in the Periodical
Maintenance Table.
3 -Check that neither the sprocket nor the
crown are damaged.
4 -Wash and clean the chain as described
hereunder.
Washing the chain without OR
Wash using either oil or diesel oil. When using
gasoline or tricloroetilene, clean and lubricate
the chain to prevent oxidation.
Washing the chain with OR
Wash using oil, diesel oil, or paraffi n oil. Never
use gasoline, tricloroetilene, or solvents, as
the OR may suffer damages. Use instead
special sprays for chains with OR.
Lubricating the chain without OR
First dry, then plunge the chain in a bisulphide
molybdenum lubricant, or in high viscosity
engine oil. Warm up the oil before use.
LUBRIFICATION CHAINE
Contrôler, lubrifi er et régler la chaîne en suivant
les instructions du "Tableau d'entretie".
AVIS * : Ne jamais utiliser de la graisse
pour lubrifi er la chaîne, car la graisse aide
à ramasser la poussière et la boue qui, en
agissant en tant
qu'abrasives, provoquent l'usure rapide de la
couronne, du pignon et de la chaîne.
Démontage et nettoyage
Si la chaîne est très sale, la ôter et la nettoyer
avant de la graisser. Opérer comme suit:
Placet une béquille ou un block dessous le
moteur, de façon à avoir la roue arrière soulevée
du sol.
1 - Oter la protection 3 du pignon, le ressort (1), le
joint (2) et la chaîne.
2 - Contrôler que la chaîne ne soit pas usée ou
endommagée et la remplacer en suivant les
instructions données dans le Tableau d'Entretien
Périodique. Contrôler les rouleaux et les mailles
de la chaîne.
3 -Contrôler que le pignon et la couronne ne
soient pas endommagés.
4 - Laver et lubrifi er la chaîne en suivant les
instructions données ci-dessous.
Lavage de la chaîne sans bagues d'étanchéité
Laver avec pétrole, mazout, ou huile de paraffi ne.
L'usage de trichloréthylène ou d'essence prévoit
l'essorage et le graissage de la chaîne, afi n
d'éviter toute oxidation.
Lavage de la chaîne avec bagues d'étanchéité
Laver avec pétrole, mazout, ou huile de
paraffi ne. Pour ne pas endommager les bagues
d'étanchéité, ne jamais utiliser de l'essence, du
trichloréthylène ou des solvants, mais utiliser des
sprays spécifi ques pour
chaînes ou bagues d'étanchéité.
Graissage de la chaîne sans bagues
d'étanchéité
Après l'essorage, plonger la chaîne dans un fl uide
lubrifi ant au bisolfure de molybdène, ou dans une
huile moteur à haute viscosité. Chauffer l'huile
jusqu'elle devient fl uide.
KETTEN-SCHMIERUNG
Die Kette muss in Übereinstimmung mit der
"Wartungstabelle" kontrolliert, eingestellt und
geschmiert werden.
WARNHINWEIS * : Niemals Fett zum
Kettenschmieren benutzen. Das Fett
verursacht Ansammlung von Staub- und
Schlamm, welche wie Scheuermittel wirken
und einen schnellen Verschleiß der Kette,
des Ritzels und des Kranzes verursachen.
Ausbau und Reinigung
Wird die Kette besonders schmutzig, muß
sie abgenommen und vor der Schmierung
gereinigt werden. In der folgenden Weise
vorgehen:
Einen Bock oder Block in der Weise unter
den Motor stellen, daß das Hintererrad vom
Boden abgehoben ist.
1- Den Schutz 3 des Ritzels, die Feder (1), das
Anschlußstück (2) und die Kette.
2- Überprüfen, daß die Kette nicht abgenutzt
oder beschädigt ist. Die Kette immer gemäß
der Tabelle der periodischen Wartung
austauschen oder falls die Rollen oder die
Glieder beschädigt sind.
3- Überprüfen, daß der Ritzel oder der Kranz
nicht beschädigt sind.
4- Die Kette, wie unten beschrieben, waschen
und schmieren.
Waschen der Ketten ohne OR-Ringe
Mit Petroleum oder Naphtha waschen ; wird
Benzin oder insbesondere Trichloräthylen
benutzt zur Vermeidung von Oxydationn
abtrocknen und schmieren.
Waschen der Kette mit OR-Ringen
Mit Petroleum, Naphtha oder Paraffi nöl
waschen, kein Benzin, Trichloräthylen oder
Lösemittel benutzen, um die OR-Ringe nicht
zu beschädigen. In Alternative spezifi sche
Spray für Ketten mit OR-Ringen benutzen.
Schmierung der Kette ohne OR-Ringe
Nach dem Trocknen die Kette, falls möglich,
in ein spezifi sches Molybdändisulfi d -
Schmiermittel oder in Motoröl hoher
Viskosität, erwärmt zur Flüßigerhaltung des
Öls, tauchen.
