Method
1. Prepare the dal using "Curries – CU 09" depending on the number of
servings required. Blend / puree until smooth.
2. Prepare the onion tomato curry using " Curries - CU 02" depending on the
number of servings required.
3. Pour the ghee in a dish. Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves,
asafoetida and garlic.
4. Place the dish inside the oven Cavity.
5. Select Auto Cook Category "Curries Veg – CU 11".
6. Select number of servings by pressing "Serves 2 / 3 / 4".

Press start.
8. When the oven starts to beep. Add the Onion tomato curry, water and
blended dal. Partially cover the dish either with a loose fitting lid / with a cling
film after a leaving a vent on one side of the dish. Press start.
9. When the oven beeps again, stir the Sambhar and add the tamarind paste
dissolved in a little water, salt (if required) and Sambhar powder. Press start.
10. Remove from the oven when "END" is displayed.
11. Allow to stand for 5:00 minutes before serving.
12. Serve hot.
