You can turn off or on the siren sound
when the door(s) is (are) locked or
unlocked.
The foot well lights can be programmed for
interlocked operation with either lighting
control or door operation and for no lighting.
(default setting is door operation)
The turn signal and its indicator can be set
whether they flash three times even if you
return the turn signal control lever immedi-
ately after moving it. (default setting is
enabled state)
You can switch the security system from the
enabled state to the disabled state, and vice
versa.
The state of the security system is shown
on the information display as follows:
• Mode A: Disabled state
• Mode D: Enabled state (default setting)
You can switch the shock sensor from the
disabled state to the enabled state, and vice
versa. (default setting is disabled state)
You can adjust the pre-warning sensitivity of
shock sensor. (default setting level is 14)
You can adjust the full blast warning sensi-
tivity of shock sensor. (default setting level
is 9)
If you select "Yes" and push the indicator
selector knob (2), all settings will be reini-
tialized.
The display shows warning and indicator
messages to let you know about certain
vehicle problems.
A tone may also sound to alert you.
If warning and indicator messages appear
on the display, follow the messages.
When the display shows warning and indi-
cator messages, the master warning indi-
cator light may also blink.
NOTE:
• When the problem that causes a mes-
sage to appear is corrected, the mes-
sage will disappear.
• If a message is displayed, and other
problems requiring a message occur, the
message for each of the problems will be
alternately displayed about every 5 sec-
onds.
• When you push and hold the indicator
selector knob (2) for about 2 seconds
while a message is displayed, the mes-
sage will disappear temporarily. If the
problem that caused the message is not
corrected, the message will appear again
after 5 seconds.
