Setup and Calibration (Tools Administrator Mode)
Auto Start: Select this option if you want the Job Flow Sheet to be automatically
executed when a new document is saved to the folder. If you do not select Auto
Start, you will need to press the Start button on the UI to execute the linked Job
Flow Sheet.
Select Close.
Note
Selecting Cut Link at any time will remove the link to the specified Job Flow
Sheet.
The Job Flow Sheet is linked to the folder.
10. Select Close to exit to the Tools tab.

Stored Programming

Stored Programming Overview

Note
A maximum of 100 consecutive operations can be recorded/saved in each stored program,
and a maximum of 40 programs can be stored.
Frequently used features and job settings can be saved as Stored Programming, which
can be accessed using a shortcut button.
Stored Programming not only remembers feature settings, but it can record a series of
operations. This enables you to record the hierarchy of displayed screens for each step.
For example, you could use Stored Programming to record the following actions: press
the Machine Status button, and display the Print Reports screen to print reports.
In addition, while Build Job is running, a stored program can be used for the remaining
document stacks. This negates the need to program and select the options for the
remaining documents stacks in the Build Job process.

Stored Programming Options

Stored Programming includes the following options:
Store: Use this option to create and save a job as a stored program.
Store Build Job: Use this option to create and save a Build Job as a stored program.
Delete: Use this option to delete a stored program.
Enter/Change Name: Use this option to enter the name for a new stored program,
or to change the name of an existing program. A maximum of 36 characters is allowed
for a stored program name.
Assign/Change Icon: Use this option to assign an icon or change an existing one for
a stored program.
