Enabling the E-mail Port and Setting up TCP/IP

Note
The e-mail configuration also can be performed using CentreWare Internet Services.
Refer to
Configure CentreWare Internet Services Settings
Settings.
1. Login as the Administrator.
2. Press the Machine Status button on the press User Interface (UI).
3. Select the Tools tab on the UI.
4. Select System Settings.
5. Select Connectivity & Network Setup > Port Settings .
6. Select Send E-mail.
a) Select Change Settings.
b) Select Port Status then select Change Settings.
c) Select Enabled, and then select Save.
d) Select Close until the Port Settings screen is displayed.
7. From the Port Settings screen, select Receive E-mail.
a) Select Receive E-mail - Port Status.
b) Select Change Settings.
c) Select Enabled, and then select Save.
d) Select Close until the Port Settings screen is displayed.
8. From the Port Settings screen, select E-mail Notification Service.
a) Select E-mail Notification - Port Status.
b) Select Change Settings.
c) Select Enabled, and then select Save.
d) Select Close until the Port Settings screen is displayed.
9. Select Close until the main Tools screen displays.
10. If necessary, set the IP Address; choose one of the following:

Store & Send Link
Print E-mail via SMTP
