2. Operation

2.4.7 Modulation mode

The boiler is in normal heating mode. The boiler output is controlled in a con-
tinuously variable manner.

2.4.8 Step-loading

If the stratified charge function is set, the system automatically changes to the
„Step-loading" operating phase once the stratified charge conditions are met.

2.4.9 Fan OFF

If the boiler temperature exceeds 87 °C (90 °C), the blower switches off and
only switches on again when the boiler temperature drops below the set „re-
start temperature" (75 °C or 65 °C) or automatically after 2 hours.
The system then switches to the „Flame stabilisation" operating phase and on
into „Modulation mode".

2.4.10 Burnout

The boiler enters burnout at the end of combustion. The blower continues to
run until the combustion chamber has cooled down. Then the blower switches
off and the system switches into the „Standby" operating phase.

2.4.11 Switch-off heat gener.

The boiler is switched off using the On/Off button. "Switch-off heat gener."
appears in the display. Blower is shut down immediately. After the shut-down
procedure, the boiler is OFF.

Only shut down if the boiler is in the standby operating phase.
