Subtest 02 Function
This subtest is for IBM-compatible printers, and tests the following functions:
Normal print
Double-width print
Compressed print
Emphasized print
Double-strike print
All characters print
The subtest prints the various print types as shown below:
PRINTER TEST
1. THIS LINE SHOWS NORMAL PRINT.
2. THIS LINE SHOWS DOUBLE-WIDTH PRINT.
3. THIS LINE SHOWS COMPRESSED PRINT.
4. THIS LINE SHOWS EMPHASIZED PRINT.
5. THIS LINE SHOWS DOUBLE-STRIKE PRINT.
6. ALL CHARACTERS PRINT

Subtest 03 Wraparound
NOTE: To execute this subtest, a printer wraparound connector must be
connected to the computer's printer port. The printer wraparound
connector (34M741986G01) wiring diagram is illustrated in Appendix G.
This subtest checks the output and bidirectional modes of the data control and
status lines through the printer wraparound connector.
