5. Lift the palm rest up gently to expose the battery pack.
6. Pull up on the plastic tab at the right side of the battery pack to lift the battery
pack up slightly. Be careful not to pull too hard or try to lift the battery pack more
than about a finger's width.
7. Grasp the battery pack and lift it out completely.
