IP phone to display Zero Touch screen during
startup. You can press the OK soft key to enter

It enables or disables the Watch Dog feature.

If it is set to 1 (Enabled), the IP phone will reboot

It enables or disables VAD (Voice Activity
Detection) feature on the IP phone.
