If it is set to 0 (Hour 12), the time will be displayed
in 12-hour format with AM or PM specified.
If it is set to 1 (Hour 24), the time will be displayed
in 24-hour format (e.g., 2:00 PM displays as 14:00).
The default value is 1.
It configures the date format.

The default value is 0.
Note: "WWW" represents the abbreviation of the
week, "DD" represents a two-digit day, "MMM"
represents the first three letters of the month,
"YYYY" represents a four-digit year, and "YY"
