Disk On Chip

The Disk On Chip (DOC) is located in a 32-Pin DIP socket positioned at the
center of the WS4 system board. As you can see in Figure 2-20 below, the
DOC is somewhat larger than the socket.
To void damaging the socket or delicate DOC pins as you remove it, the series
of illustrations in Figure 2-21 show how to use a flat blade screw driver to
gently lift one side of the DOC, then the other before removing the DOC from
its socket.
