Loading Envelope in the Priority Sheet Inserter (PSI)
NOTE:
•
Be sure to fully insert the envelope until it stops. Otherwise, print media that is loaded on the MPF will be fed.
•
When you print on envelopes, be sure to specify the envelope setting on the print driver. If not specified, the print image will be
rotated 180 degrees.
• When Loading Com 10, DL, or Monarch
Load an envelope with the flap closed. Place the print side facing up, and the flap comes at the right when you face
towards the printer.
• When Loading C5
Load an envelope with the flap opened. Place the print side facing up, and the flap comes at the bottom when you
face towards the printer.
IMPORTANT:
•
Never use envelopes with windows, or coated linings. These lead to paper jams and can cause damage to the printer.
