7.1.1 Adding and deleteing a basic routing table

To add and delete routes in a routing table, you can use "add" and "del". If you do not specify the
port number, it is regarded as routing table "0". When you want to modify routing table "1", you
must use "add1" and "del1".
add, add0, del, del0
: these commands add and delete routes in routing table "0"
add1, del1
: these commands add and delete routes in routing table "1"
