2.5.2 Error code table

In addition to the Service indicator
(wrench), a four-digit service code ap-
pears in the indicator field. The dots in
the service code flash. Clear the fault or
note down the service code and inform
your authorized Hako dealer.
Error Cause
1.2.5.2. Brush motor overload
1.2.6.1. Brush is blocked
1.2.6.5. Brush semiconductor
1.2.6.6. Brush is not installed
1.4.2.1. Suction turbine semiconductor
3.2.1.1. Invalid TSG setting
4.6.1.2. Internal SE error
Remedy
Let the brush motor cool down
Remove foreign bodies
Allow the machine to cool down
or inform Hako service
Install the brush
Allow the machine to cool down
