8. Maintenance and service
The daily and weekly maintenance
intervals are to be performed by the
customer. The 250th, 500th und
1000th maintenance intervals are to be
performed by authorized Hako-Service
workshop.
8.2 Maintenance Table
Empty and clean soiled water tank
Extraction: check valve at suction hose
Charge drive battery
Clear water tank: clean sieve, fill before work
Empty dirt hopper in cylindrical broom head
Drive battery: check electrolyte level, top with distilled water if
required (PzS batteries)
Squeegee: check sealing strips for clean condition, replace if
required
Wiper: check wiper rubber for clean condition, replace if
required
Cylindrical broom head: check broom for scrubbing
performance, replace brushes if required
Trial ride: functional check, brake test
