Cleaning the brushes
Clean the brushes in the brush head
(Fig. 15/2) daily or as necessary.
1. Raise the brush head using the pe-
dal (Fig. 15/1).
2. Press the brush (Fig. 15/4) down
with the hand on one side, using
force, and remove it.

Changing the brushes
Check the brushes (Fig. 15/4) in the
brush head weekly for signs of wear. In
the case of wear to a brush length of 1.5
cm, the brushes must be changed.
1. Raise the brush head using the pe-
dal (Fig. 15/1).
2. Press the brush down with the hand
on one side, using force, and remove
it.
3. Slide the new brush under the brush
head and press into the support
using both hands.
Changing the deflector roller
Check the deflector roller (Fig. 15/3)
weekly and change it as necessary.
Changing the sealing strip
Check the sealing strip (Fig. 15/5) wee-
kly and change it as necessary. To do
this, loosen the fastening device and re-
move the sealing strip. Installation is
carried out in the reverse sequence.
