Subscribe PP

Autom. Search
stations, in the idle state it will automatically select one of the base
stations in range. Your handset will thus automatically register on one of
the base stations on which it is subscribed to as soon as you are no longer
within the range of the current base station. If the handset is subscribed to
one or more base stations, the menu option "Auto search" is used to open a
list of subscription records. Use the arrow keys to select a base station and
Option . The following settings can then be made for that

– : If you have subscribed the handset to several base stations, you

– : You can edit the name and display of the call number (usually

the internal/local call number) for the selected subscription record. This
information appears in the idle state when the handset is registered on the
corresponding base station.
Note: With the Forum 500 / Forum 5000, you do not need to enter
an internal phone number for the handset since the communi-
cations system manages internal numbers automatically.
– Delete Entry : Here you delete the subscription record of the base station
in your handset. The handset can only be operated on this system when it
has been checked in again.
When the last entry in this list has been deleted, the handset automati-
cally begins to search for a new base station to subscribe to.
