The Menus
● : You will only see this menu entry if the system administrator
Recordings
has enabled the function "Call recording" for you (also see chapter Call
Recording starting on page 94). You can see and edit the list of your
recordings (calls and audio conferences). When a call is recorded, the name
or the number of the caller is displayed. If an audio conference is recorded,
the conference room or the conference invitation is shown as a name.
Select the desired entry from the list. Then select ...
– : To listen to the recording. You can also use the number keys 4 (to
Play
rewind), 5 (to pause) and 6 (to fast forward).
– : To call the conversational partner. This menu item is not displayed

when you selected an audio conference recording.
– : The recording will be deleted.
Delete
A recording is only stored in the communications system once. If you share
a voicebox with several users of the communications system, a recording is
only deleted from the system when the last user deletes the recording.
– : You add the caller's call number to a phone book (see also
Phone book
Add Phone Numbers to Phone Book from Lists or During a Call starting on
page 65). This menu item is not displayed when you selected an audio
conference recording.
– : Forward the recording to a voicebox of another Forum 500 /
Forward
Forum 5000 user, with or without a comment. Under

– : You can see duration, date and time of the recordings as well as the
