<dpl-list> Drop precedence level list, available value is from 0 to 1
<0-63> Egress remapped DSCP
Configure global ingress DSCP translation table. If port DSCP
translation is enabled, translation table is used to translate
incoming frame's DSCP value and translated value is used to map
QoS class and DP level

<dscp-list> DSCP list, format : 1,3,5-7
<0-63> Translated DSCP
Configure trusted DSCP value which is used for QoS classification.
The DSCP value to be checked for trust is either translated value if
DSCP translation is enabled for the ingress port or incoming frame
DSCP value if translation is disabled for the port. Trusted DSCP
value is only used for QoS classification
