Port Lock Duration in Minutes
You can configure the period of time, in hours, in which the failed login
threshold must be exceeded to lock the user's account. This command can only
be changed through the command-line interface using the serial API:
loginwindowduration: Set to 1, range is 1 to 24. Off is not allowed.
