Open Start screen, tap Settings | Personal.
Personal folder opens:
BUTTONS
Provides two tabs – Program Buttons and Up/Down Control.

Creates contact info about the owner of the mobile computer and also some notes.
PHONE
Opens phone settings. Refer to
VOIP
Connects the mobile computer to a SIP server in order to place calls over the
Internet.

Personal folder opens
Description
Assigns a button to quick launch an application.
An up-down control is a pair of arrow buttons that users tap to
increase or decrease a value such as a scroll position or a number
displayed in a companion control (called a buddy window).
Use this page to customize the delay before repeat and the repeat
rate for up/down controls.
