NOTE: The weather box to be installed ONLY in conjunction with the "Mock Fireplace Kit"

904-643 Screw 10 x 1/2 Hex
1. Attach the side to the back with 4 screws on
each side.

2. Attach the top to the sides with 3 screws on
each side.

3. Attach the bottom to the sides with 3 screws
on each side.
Ensure return edge is on the inside.

4. Install back insulation fi rst, when in place,
bend over 4 securing tabs. Install left and right
sides bending over three tabs each side to
secure.

5. Add gas cover plate, if required.
6. With the weather box assembled, secure to
the outside wall with screws.
7. Ensure weather box is sealed against
weather/water ingress etc
8. Before installing unit, ensure fl ue length, gas
and electrical routing have all been consid-
ered.
9. Install unit.
