Troubleshooting
If
you experience trouble with your camera,
try the following solutions.
First check the items on the tables below.
If code displays
"C:DD:DD"
appear on the LCD screen, the
self-diagnosis display function is
working (page 99).
Battery pack and power
You cannot charge the
battery pack.
The ~ ICHG lamp flashes
when charging a battery
i pack.

The ~ ICHG lamp does not
light up when charging a
battery pack.

3 Should your camera still not work
properly, consult your Sony dealer or
local authorized Sony service facility.
2 Should your camera sti11 not work
properly, press the RESET button on the
lower right side of the control button
using a fine-tipped object, then turn on
the power again. (All the settings
including date and time are cleared.)
