Inserting the NP-FT1 battery pack [8]
The NP-FT1 battery pack should be inserted facing the
correct direction. Note that proper camera operation and
battery pack charging will not be possible if the battery
pack is inserted facing the incorrect direction.

Insert the battery pack so that the... marks on the
side of the battery pack face the same direction as
the... mark on the battery insertion slot.
@ Check to make sure the... mark on the bottom of the
battery pack and'" mark on the battery insertion slot
face each other.
Removing the battery pack (Do not
drop the battery pack.) [6]
Also be careful not to drop the battery pack when
inserting or removing the "Memory Stick Duo."

Hold the camera so that the battery insertion slot
faces upward, and open the battery/"Memory Stick
Duo" cover.
@ Tip the camera downward, so that the battery pack
slides out of the battery insertion slot. Be careful not
to drop the battery pack when removing it.

Notez que I'appareil ne fonctionnera pas correctement et
la charge de la batterie ne sera pas possible si vous
inserez la batterie dans Ie mauvais sens.

cote de la batterie soient tournees dans Ie meme
sens que la marque... sur la fente d'insertion de la
batterie.

Retrait de la batterie (Ne faites pas

Tenez I'appareil avec la fente d'insertion de la batterie
tournee vers Ie haut et ouvrez Ie couvercle de la
batterie/« Memory Stick Duo ".

I'appareil a I'envers de fagon que la
batterie sorte de la fente d'insertion de la batterie.
Veillez a ne pas faire tomber la batterie en la retirant.
