Windows does not recognize the Digital VCR card

The Di gital VCR must ha ve its drive rs prop erly install ed. U se the W ind ows
Device Mana ger to d oubl e-check th at the Dig ital VCR drivers are install ed.
There is no picture using a home TV antenna or cable service that terminates in a
wall-mounted jack (no cable box).
