the phone, modify the configuration files, and update the phone's firmware in
your organization.
Refer to the Information Services Developer's Guide on how to develop a content
server.
This section provides information the features available on the SoundPoint IP
200W phones:

— VoIP Calling (based on SIP 2.0 – RFC3261)
— Up to 8 handsets, one line per handset
— Call forward - all, on busy, on no answer
— Voicemail support (reception and handling of voice mail indication,
and call to voice mail server)
— Call timer
— Call transfer and call hold (for internal calls)
— Call waiting indication
— Caller ID with name from phone book
— Distinctive ringing
— Call log of incoming/outgoing/missed calls
— Call return (from call log)
— Intercom (handset to handset through gateway)
— Contact directory (minimum of 170 entries per gateway)
— Speed dial
— Three-way conferencing (2 handsets)
— Call hang up – upon return to charging cradle
