Using Tone Dialling on a Pulse Line

Even if you have a pulse line, the MultiPASS L90 enables you to use tone dialling
once you've connected to the number you're calling. This lets you take advantage
of many services that require tones, such as selecting options from telephone
"touch-line" services.
1. Press HOOK or pick up the handset, then dial the number using the numeric
2. Press FUNCTION, then press TONE/+ to switch to tone dialling.
3. When you're done, press HOOK or hang up the handset.
When registering one-touch speed dialling and coded speed dialling numbers, if
you enter TONE/+ after the number, you will switch to tone dialling after the
phone connection is made.
Example:
After the number (123 4567) is dialled, it will pause for 6 seconds (ppp) to allow
the other party to answer and then it will switch to tone (T). Now you can follow
the instructions that were recorded by the party you called.
