15.4 Calibrating the touchscreen

If pressing a button fails to trigger and action, the touch-sensitive points of the displayed button may have
drifted.
REMEDY:

if you are unable to rectify the fault yourself.

Possible cause
Too little or no detergent dosing
Dishes not loaded correctly
The wash field jets are blocked
Temperatures too low
Limescale deposits:
water is too hard
Starch deposits:
excessively high temperatures
for the manual pre-wash
(spraying)
Too little or no rinse aid dosing
 Switch the machine off and touch the screen once.
 Press and hold the start button for 60 seconds.
 Screen 19 appears.

 Use a ballpoint pen (without the ballpoint) to touch the centre of
the crosshairs and follow the further instructions given on the
screen.

Remedy
Set the dosing quantity according to the
information provided by the manufacturer
Check dosing lines (kinks, breaks, etc.)
Replace the container
Check the dosing device
Do not stack dishes on top of one another
Remove the wash fields and clean the jets
Check the temperatures ( 12)
Check the external water treatment /
integrated water treatment and set it
correctly
Perform basic cleaning ( 16.6.2)
Temperature must not exceed 30°C
Set the dosing quantity according to the
information provided by the manufacturer
Check dosing lines (kinks, breaks, etc.)
Replace the container
Check the dosing device
