12. EC Declaration of Conformity
In accordance with the EC Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC.
We hereby declare that the equipment conforms
to the relevant fundamental safety and health re‐
quirements of the EC Machinery Directive, both in
its basic design and construction as well as in the
version marketed by us.
This declaration will cease to be valid if any modifi‐
cations are made to the machine without our ex‐
press approval.
The equipment complies with the essential re‐
quirements of the following
EC directives: 2006/42/EC.
