This aerobatic maneuver consists of two vertical
lines connected by a half circle flown across the top.
Whenever your computer is connected to the
internet, it has an IP address. This number is a
string of digits and periods, and looks something
like "123.45.6.78". The IP address is like an internet
"zip code" that tells other computers where to look
for your computer. Depending on your internet
connection, your IP address may always be the
same, or may change each time you connect to the
internet.
The aircraft will enter a half loop from straight and
level flight followed immediately by a half roll to
straight and level flight.
With RealFlight 7 set to Interface Mode, you are
using the InterLink Elite Controller as an interface
to your own R/C radio. In Interface Mode, your
own radio controls RealFlight 7. Conversely, in
Joystick Mode the InterLink Elite Controller (used
as a mockup of an R/C transmitter) controls the
RealFlight 7 aircraft.
Great Planes' USB InterLink Elite Controller by
Futaba is a USB device shipped with RealFlight 7.
The InterLink Elite Controller can be used as a
standalone "mockup" R/C controller, as an
interface for using your own R/C transmitter to
control RealFlight, or both simultaneously!
A device that connects to your computer to provide
control input for the simulated aircraft.
InterLink Elite controller that comes with
RealFlight 7 is considered a Joystick.
A term used to describe using your own radio to
emulate the Interlink Joystick. This allows you to
use your own radio to fly any of the stock aircraft in
RealFlight 7. Actual radio functions such as mixing
and ATVs are performed in the RealFlight software,
not on your radio. This is in contrast to the Direct
Control Interface.
