Symptom
When the side part of card is not printed
The ribbon or ribbon cartridge is not installed

2 The card surface is not even and it have a faulty

Countermeasures
It might be occurred when the print density is set too low.
Increase the printer printing density and if the problem is not
solved, refer to the below countermeasures.
※ Adjust the density refer to the manual 4.1.3.2.
Check the ribbon cartridge's installation state and whether the
ribbon panel is wrinkled.
Check the card surface or change to the new card.
Clean the Print Head using the cleaning kit.
