Choose Enabled (default) or Disabled. The system sets all
options on the left of the screen automatically when you choose
enabled.
Choose 50ns or 60ns (default). Don't change this setting un-
less you know the DRAM access time spec.
You could select the timing control type of the EDO DRAM
CAS MA (Memory Address bus).
State
The choice: 1, 2 (default).
You could select the timing control type of the EDO DRAM
RAS.
The choice: 1(default), 2.
This field lets you insert a timing delay between the CAS and
RAS strobe signals, used when DRAM is written to, read from,
Delay
or refreshed. Fast gives faster performance. Slow gives more
stable performance.
This field applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed
in the system.
Ther choice: 2, 3 (default).
If an insufficient number of cycles is allowed for the RAS to
accumulate its charge before DRAM refresh, the refresh
Time
maybe incomplete and the DRAM may fail to retain data. Fast
gives faster performance. Slow gives more stable
performance.
This field applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed
in the system.
Ther choice: 2, 3 (default).
When synchronous DRAM is installed, the number of clock
cycles of CAS latency depends on the DRAM timing. Don't
Time
reset this field from the default value specified by system
designer.
The choice: 2T, 3T.
Use the default setting.
Control
Choose Non-ECC (default) or ECC, depends on the DRAM
type.
Mode
Non-ECC: Disable the ECC check function.
ECC: Enable the ECC check function. ECC stands for error
check and correct.
