5. Taking into operation

5.5.2 Mounting plate brush head

Mount plate brush head according
to Fig. VIII
q Connect water hose (VIII/2) and
solenoid valve
q Connect electric lines and brush
motor
q
Mount separator according to Fig.
VIII
q Connect battery plug (open seat
hood)

5.5.3 Mounting plate brushes

Lift out the brush head and switch off
by key switch before mounting or dis-
mounting the plate brushes.

Place plate brush onto catch and
rotate slightly until the teeth take
hold. Then pull upwards until the
hooks snap in.
Check whether all hooks have snap-
ped in by rotating the brush.

5.5.4 Dismounting plate brushes

Lift out the brush head and switch off
by key switch before mounting or dis-
mounting the plate brushes.
q Press the plate brush down, let
snap it out and remove.
