4.2.4.9 Area of Interest Starting Column
Purpose:
To set the left starting column for the Area of Interest or to read the current starting column
setting. See Section

Data Range:The starting column can range from 0x0000 to 0x04F6. It can only be set in steps of 10.
When you set column n using this command, the actual starting column will be n + 1. For example, if
you set the starting column to 0 with this command, the actualstarting column =0 +1 =1.
