3.7.3 Data Writing Procedures

a. Connect a signal cable to INPUT2 of the unit in which the data are being written.
b. Set the data writing unit in the factory mode. (Refer to 2.2.3 Service mode/ factory mode)
c. Copy all the files of the sRGB data writing software in a floppy diskette.
d. Insert this floppy diskette and start the personal computer. Then, the following screen is displayed:

e. Operation key allotment
F1: sRGB-GAMMA writing ON/OFF
F2: TEXT-GAMMA writing ON/OFF
F3: VIDEO-GAMMA writing ON/OFF
F4: sRGB-Color writing ON/OFF
F5: VIDEO-Color writing ON/OFF
F6: White-Balance writing ON/OFF
F7: 5000K to 9600K, NATIVE change
F8: Monitor data, EEPROM Data ALL SAVE, EEPROM Data ALL Write, EEPROM Data EDIT
F9: F1 to F6 key operation lock
F10: Model selection
ESC: Return or End
Enter key: Fixed value writing for brightness (hue data), color temperature (white balance), and γ data
(sRGB, TEXT, VIDEO)
In these procedures, only the Enter key is to be operated.
