switch is pressed?

Is the OSM present?
NO

Is the pulse input into Y22, Y21, W22, W21
of IC4A1?
Is IC804 Pin 2, or Pin 60 Hi?
Check peripheral circuits of IC804.
Go to "no picture and no OSM."
