Interrupts
The PCI9656 can provide a number of interrupts from internal sources as well
as from the local bus. The FPGA can interrupt the host system by asserting
the LINTIL (active low) signal and keeping it asserted until the source of the
interrupt is cleared. See the ICON registers on how to mask and respond to
local bus interrupts.
