Using system call forwarding
This section describes the system call forwarding func-
tions in OpenScape Voice. These functions are activat-
ed with feature codes. You can also program a frequent-
ly used function on a programmable sensor key.
All call forwarding types described in this section
refer to system call forwarding which is con-
trolled by OpenScape Voice.
Never combine phone-based call forwarding
with system call forwarding.
Call forwarding busy line
With Call forwarding busy line (CFBL), you can use a
feature code to activate or deactivate forwarding for
calls received on a busy line and define a forwarding
destination.
Your administrator may also have configured a
permanent forwarding destination so that calls
are automatically forwarded to this fixed phone
number as soon as you activate CFBL forward-
ing.
Activating

or if you also want to set the forwarding destination

enter the code with a phone number, for example,
*901234567 to activate call forwarding.
