Possible cause

come through a distribution system
which may reduce the digital signal now
received by the box.
The USB storage device is not connected
There is no free space on the storage
device
The USB storage device format is not

Try a direct feed from the antenna
Make sure a storage device is connected.
Delete some data from the storage device and
try again.
Make sure your USB storage device is
formatted in FAT or FAT32 file system.
