This section allows you to return the camera to default settings, and
also provide the option of preserving the network setting and
HTTP/HTTPS port.
Select which option best fits your needs, and then click Apply.
This section allows you to remote upgrade, or in some cases
downgrade, the camera firmware. Upgrading is most commonly done to
attain new functions or fix existing issues. Downgrading may be
necessary when attempting to integrate with other products.
To download new firmware:
1.
Download the firmware file form xxxxxxxx.com. The file will
have the extension ".upg."
2.
In the Firmware Upload section, click Apply.
3.
Click Browse to search for the desired firmware file, and then
click Apply to start the upload.
Upon completion of upgrade, the system will reboot.
The Save and Reboot section allows you to save settings and reboot
the camera remotely. This is an important function because some
changes will not take effect until a Save and Reboot has been
completed.
To Save and Reboot, click Apply.
It is recommended that you log out of your AvertX HD510 PTZ camera
when you have finished all of the desired tasks. This will prevent
unauthorized use of the camera.
