protocols can be enabled or disabled and in some instances, the
protocol can be given a specific name for easy identification.
Type of Service provides 4 options to define the priorities of how the
date from the camera is handled by routers that support ToS. These
settings include: normal service, minimize delay, maximize throughput,
and maximize reliability.
