2. Click on the padlock icon to unlock the menu, then type in the password for your Mac® when the
prompt appears.
3. Click the Choose File button and locate the .img file you downloaded from G-Technology.
4. Click the Submit button.
5. In the Confirmation box, type the word "CONFIRM" in the field provided and click the Confirm button.
6. The process will take several seconds. When complete, you will be prompted to restart your
Mac®. Restart your Mac® and continue using your G-SPEED Studio XL.

Enclosure management includes the following functions:
• "Viewing System Information"
• "Viewing Temperature Sensor Information"
• "Locating an Enclosure"

Viewing the Enclosure Information

Enclosure management includes the following functions:
• Click the Dashboard icon, then click the Controller link.
• Close the Controller/View page that automatically loads by clicking the X icon at the top right.
• Mouse-over the Enclosure, then click the View button.
