SYSTEM

The system menu specifies HD SDI and SD SDI outputs, analog composite output, phase adjustment of audio output, system
frequency, phase of SD REF input of HD SDI output, and system file lock.

Determines whether video output signal adjustments will be made on this unit or on an
external encoder remote controller.

LOCAL: Video output signal adjustments are performed on this unit.
BOTH: Video output signal adjustments are either performed on this unit or on an encoder
remote controller.
NOTE:
• An RS-422A digital controller is available as an encoder remote controller.
• For details on adjustments, refer to "Video Output Signal Adjustments" (page 180).
• When adjustments are made on an external encoder remote controller, the
adjustment values are reflected to adjustment parameters in setup menus. Note that
it takes 1 min after completing adjustments for values reflected to adjustment
parameters to be saved. Thus when adjustments using an external encoder remote
controller are completed, wait 1 minute or more before turning off the unit.
0000 –1375 Adjusts system phase of a HD SDI output (in 13.5 ns steps).
