Attaching Objectives

To perform the polarization microscopy, objectives exclusively designed for the polarization
microscopy must be attached.
Lower the stage completely. Screw objectives into the nosepiece so that the magnification increases
with the clockwise rotation (as viewed from above the microscope) of the nosepiece.
Caution when removing objectives
When removing the objectives, remove the specimen from the stage. Lower the stage
completely, and hold each objective using both hands so that it does not fall during the
removal.
