Once the information has been entered the Ping button will be activated. The Ping
option allows you to send a Ping command to the SPE(M)-U( ) ETU to ensure that the
IP Address entered matches the SPE ETU and that it can be reached.
Use the Save button to save the configuration for later use.
Connect to an SPE(M)-U( ) ETU after the configuration has been saved.
From the Connect window, use the drop down list to select the site to be connected.

This is the name of the site that you can remember the connection by.
The name that is placed here will be the name that will appear in the drop
down list after the configuration has been properly configured and saved.
This section allows you to enter the appropriate IP Address
and TCP Port Number for the SPE(M)-U( ) ETU. (Refer to
Configuring SAT Technician or End-User to Communicate Directly to SPE(M)-
U10 via Ethernet on page C-3
the IP Address and the TCP Port Number).
The TCP Port Number is the same port number used for the SPE Application TCP Port
number.
