By clicking the icon on the right of "User Name", you can select the user
name from a list.
If multiple domains are specified as external server authentication on this
machine, add "@" after the user name and enter the domain name.
(Example: If the user name is "user01" and the domain name is "domain",
enter "user01@domain".)
