Including Multiple Sites in Calls
You can add participants to an existing call at any time. LifeSize Room supports 4-way video
calls (an original caller and three other sites) for easy addition of participants during a call.
You can add a second caller while the first call is connecting; you do not need to wait for the
first call to connect.
To add callers to an existing call, follow these steps:
1. When you are in a call, press the
caller.
An orange LED indicator displays in the Redial list to the left of the voice or video
numbers currently in a call.
2. Select a number to call from the Redial list and press OK, or select the Voice or Video
buttons and enter a new number to call.
Note:
You can also press the Add key on the speakerphone keypad and enter the
new number to call. If a call using PSTN connectivity is connected, you must use the
remote control to add calls.
3. Refer to "Ending a Call" on page 11 for options of ending individual calls or all calls.
