If your department is protected, you will be prompted to enter your
Department PIN:
Enter the PIN using the numerical keypad. If the PIN is correct the
Department will show in user screen:
If not you will be prompted to try again. (The Department PIN is not
the same as the User PIN. The Department PIN may be changed
or removed by the supervisor, please refer to "Supervisor
Settings").
If your department is not protected, the Department Ready screen
will be observed.
Using the numerical keypad, enter the required postage, (e.g. 35
pence) the value display will flash:
