Send repair approval request to Nanoptix Inc. which should include:

Ship defective products to Nanoptix Inc.
Ensure that each package being sent is identified by the specified RMA number
NOTE: Make sure to place a blank ticket or a piece of paper between thermal print head
and roller for shipping and storage.
