4. Remove the two (one on each side) Philips screws securing the printer mechanism to
the printer
5. Lift printing mechanism straight up
6. Cut securing tie wraps
7. Disconnect motor connector and flat cables
8. Disconnect mech grounding tab using "long nose" pliers
